After 18+ years in the industry, the number 1 thing that has emerged is that connection and relationships are everything. Events is a tough business. Technology is always evolving, operations is a beast, and program management is only as good as the buy in. One of my personal core values is accountability. Accountability comes easy when we strive to be the best at our craft, recognize our areas of “opportunity” and remain authentic. This builds trust and connection, and connection is what enables the best to come out in all of us. It enables us to learn from each other and create magic and just like that, a beautiful relationship thrives.
Born and raised on the agency side, (with some dappling on the client side), along with my organic growth from contact center agent to enterprise account management, I have developed a knack for adapting quickly, speaking several languages (executive, client and engineer/architect-ese) and most importantly identifying the simplest, most effective and efficient way to get from point A to point B. My secret? People. I connect the right people, to solve the right problems that achieve the right goals. I mean it when I say I know the best of the best.
